I bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus earlier in the week because I just got a new desktop and my old Microsoft Office 2010 (I said old :) was out of date. It has been a while since I bought Office and I didn't want to spend a couple hundred dollars on a new version so I found techexpertbuy.com after doing a Google search. I wasn't sure how it was going to work, but the price looked good so I took a chance. I immediately got a confirmation email with download information and a product key which I installed without any problem. However, I couldn't find my installation it in my program files on Windows 11. Every time I clicked on Word or Outlook, Microsoft Office 365 would appear. I wrote an email to support at techexpertbuy.com and Andrew responded back the next day ready to help me, but fortunately, I had solved the problem by scrubbing Office 365 from my computer (which I didn't know was pre-loaded on my new desktop). After that, everything worked perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you, Andrew, who is part of the support crew for happily offering to help.
